Historical surface design peices that have inspired me with the techniques. I like that the delicate patterns are on tissue paper.
I found these glittery peices in the university's archive of surface design textile students. The work dates back to 1800-1900. The materials they have used is unusual, it's like a gold glass glitter. It inspired me to do my own glitter peices using florals from different cultures.
