Treasure

Treasure Designs are a new company based in London who use fabric manipulation and embellishment for fashion outcomes. They supply the designs of the embellishments and don't usually create the actual garments. A lot of their embellished work is done in India as both the components and employment is cheaper. I was given an email address for this company to receive a mood board from them and components to create a unusual embroidered piece at home using skype to communicate progress. However they were keen to have this done by February and I knew my workload would be full with final semester. I am going to email them and try and rearrange to do this opportunity in summer. 

The bright colours and use of different embroidery threads and components create artwork using embellishment. They usually do the designs themselves and get them sent off for beading. However they do employ freelance designers to do the design and embroidery.
