Screen Making

For my Hyper mixes fashion fabric range I have decided to make a screen to overprint details. My fabric range is all about merged layers creating digital mixes of florals and animal skins and textures.
So I have created some animal textures to go onto a screen that can be devoted, flocked and foiled over these fabric designs that I will be printing onto silk viscose for a more luxurious fabric.

Here are the images lay out on the exposure unit to make the screen.

You can just start to see the images after being exposed and here I am started to was off the images that were exposed.

Here are the samples being printed onto a strip of silk viscose so that I can see the quality of the print on this fabric to see if it will be suitable.  As the fabric was not on a roll I had to watch the printing and make sure the fabric didn't slip too much.

Fabric pinned, ready for steaming!
